GET /api/source is the filing card. It names the desk that sent the item and the revision clients should cache. The article body is not returned here. On Linden Shelf that source id is src_3b4f1d45.
- What to keep — Clients store the revision and skip a download when it has not moved.
- Not the body — This route identifies the filing. The text of the item lives on its own route.
- Who filed it — The desk name is the newsroom that handed the item to this host.
